Pathways Support ServicesWhat We Do:Our goal is to foster and provide unique opportunities for individualized services and supports for both children and adults. This is accomplished by providing opportunities for development of new skills and by promoting and increasing responsible choice making. Programs:Day Program - Established with Douglas County Mill Levy Funds, our new Day Program site services families in both Arapahoe and
Douglas county. While focused on fostering independence by daily incorporating individualized teaching, this program also offers volunteer activities on a weekly
basis. - More Information Adventure Club - Launched on May 3rd, 2005, Adventure Club was created with the intent of enriching the lives of young adults (ages
18 to 21) by challenging them to potentially become more independent within their own communities through various focus activities. The Adventure Club was
previously known as Transition Club. Named by its club members, this brand new name embodies what they feel their club is about--an adventure. - More Information Group Activities - We provide recreational and social opportunities so that individuals may develop and maintain friendships in small
group settings. We average about three to four group activities per month. Every individual has an opportunity to choose the activities they want to participate in
according to what their Individual Plan allows. We also provide door-to-door transportation for participating members. - More Information Open Doors - Job skills and workforce abilities are evaluated and developed through volunteer opportunities with the focus on future
employment. - More Information Independant Living Skills Classes - Focused on increasing daily living skills such as cooking, safety, exercise, computer usage, money management, and developing individual interests/hobbies.
